“ Salt Bistro and Vermont Catering Company provides the perfect atmosphere for soft conversations, dinner and drinks (pre-COVID) in the expanded area of the restaurant. The Chef and owner, AJ brings local JAZZ ensembles to the area and takes a break from the kitchen and come around to ensure his guests are enjoying their meals. Two of my favorites (pre-COVID) meals are the leg of lamb and the Sunday Brunch with a mimosa . For dessert, creme Brule. I love to sit and have great conversations with the staff.
